“Art is the most important part of my life. Despite being a medium I have to express my thoughts, feelings and the way I see the world, it allows me to explore parts of myself in a way that nothing else can… The visual arts are an integral part of life at St. Paul’s – we are lucky to be in an environment that cultivates and nurtures our creativity and allows everyone to express themselves through art while being celebrated for doing so.”
Antonio, Upper Sixth pupil and Arts Prefect
Whether through visual arts, drama, or film, at St. Paul’s pupils are encouraged to express their creativity and learn about themselves. The school boasts a rich and varied arts programme, ranging from plays and musicals to film appreciation societies, from wire sculpture workshops to live drawing and cartoon workshops with professional designers.
With state of the art facilities and experienced staff, our pupils have all they need for their artistic talents to thrive. In 2016 we inaugurated a brand new arts centre complete with a fully equipped art studio. Our drama pupils also have access to a specially designed drama studio and theatre. We look forward to seeing you at one of our performances soon!
