I currently live between São Paulo and Philadelphia. I have a multimedia practice that mixes video, photography, performance and ethnography. Have been experimenting with Art for over 40 years and St. Paul’s Art classes were possibly where it all began…

I recall spending hours exploring the natural wonderland within the hedges that surrounded the main playing field, full of bugs, caterpillars, spiders, and assorted creepy crawlies and bits of chewing gum, candy wrappers, and other human vestiges, and where we used to hide out, hang out, fight, run, create intrigues and generally get up to no good during break time. Behind those bushes was where we created a parallel world for kids.
